Order status

Webshop orders are processed manually, so status labels remind the Moderators which orders have already been processed, cancelled and which ones are still awaiting processing.

When an order has been cancelled, an automatic email notification will be sent to the participant mentioning their order has been cancelled and their points have been put back into their account.

Orders can also be sorted and/or filtered by status, allowing for a more convenient overview, especially when there are many orders. You can do this easily by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Activities at the top menu in Admin.
  2. Choose Webshop, then click Orders.
  3. Filter status dropdown to filter orders by Processed and Not Processed.
