At this stage in your Journey, you may have content you want to analyze. Our Analyze section offers numerous options to glean insights into participant engagement and content through Exports, Insights Dashboard, Task list, Completion Matrix, Word Clouds or Bookmarks.
At this stage in your Journey, you may have content you want to analyze. Our Analyze section offers numerous options to glean insights into participant engagement and content through Exports, Insights Dashboard, Task list, Completion Matrix, Word Clouds or Bookmarks.
CMNTY Platform consists of a front-end section and an Admin section. The front-end is the part that members can see and the Admin is the CMS system that only Moderators can access. The Admin menu is divided into different tabs. In the Analyze tab of Admin, you can analyze your platform content and activity:
- Dashboard
- Qualitative Analysis
- Quantitative Analysis
- Participant Insights
- Newsletter Tracking
- Export
- Reported Content
- Artifacts
The analyze tab is usually not used during the setup of your platform, but only during and after your project.
