You can create a new Hub platform by following the steps below:
- Press the add platform button at the bottom right corner of your interface.
- Choose a platform name and domain name.
- Select a platform you want to duplicate from. This platform will be an exact copy including, design, settings, content and users.
- Press Save and your new platform will be created.
- You will automatically be directed to the overview page in CMNTY Hub. The status is now Pending. As soon as the platform is ready, the status will be set to Internal Use and can then be Activated.
It usually takes only one minute before your new platform becomes available. If it takes longer, please contact us at support@cmnty.com.
