I am having issues while checking my device:

I am having issues while being part of a session:
- Check if the speakers are turned on
- Check if you have selected the right speakers
- Check if you can hear sound from a different website
- Check if your operating system has volume turned on
Check if the speakers are turned on (only when in a session)
Move your mouse to the bottom of the screen till you see the options bar. Click on the arrow next to the microphone and check if the text “turn speakers OFF” is visible. (This means the speakers are turned on).
Check if you have selected the right speakers (only when in a session)
Move your mouse to the bottom of the screen till you see the options bar. Click on the black arrow next to the microphone and validate that the correct speakers are selected. Select different speakers if you are using a different ones.
Check if you can hear sound from a different website
Go to YouTube and pick any video. Check if you hear sound when playing the video. If not, move on to the following step.
Check if your operating system has volume turned on
OSX
Open up System Preferences -> Sound and choose Output. Check if the volume slider is moved to the right and if mute is unchecked.
You can also check the bar at the top of the screen and click on the speakers icon to control the output volume.
Windows
Click on the Speaker icon in the system tray. Move the volume slider to the right to control the output volume.
Click on the up arrow to change the output device.
