Moderator Dashboard is a solution bringing all front-end content into a single location for Moderators and Observers to review, engage and analyze participant responses. The dashboard offers distinct solutions:
- Content Overview – Review all content with filters on status, module, plus more. Click into content to review the entire post and comments.
- Backroom Comments – Quote content with questions and comments only visible to moderators and observers. Allow collaboration within dashboard before publicly responding to participants.
- Notes – Write reports and add documents to work on analysis in a moderator exclusive section. Content can be quoted and internal collaboration can be hosted on the platform.
Content Overview
Review the all content in a stream with a default of the newest content first. Content can be filtered modules in the top, then additional filters in the Filter section. Sort can be changed from latest activity in the top right.
Select into content to review the posts with a view of the original content and other comments. Moderators can respond like in the front-end here to easily moderate content. Bookmark the content as desired.
Backroom
Within the content view, Moderators and Observers can add a hidden reply in the Backroom. Only Moderators and Observers can access these messages and have full conversations in the Backroom. These messages can be easily found in the dashboard overview.
Notes
Within the content view, Moderators can create private content including uploading documents to start reporting. Notes can quote content to add internal reporting for other moderators to see and save insights for later review.
