How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time using the following instructions:

1. Go to the Admin section of your CMNTY Platform.
2. Under your user settings in the upper right, go to Payment.
3. Go to Billing Details on the left menu.
4. Under the Billing Details Information, go to Cancel my subscription.

Only the platform owner can cancel the account.
